The following is a request received by NJCHE from TCNJ.
Dear Secondary Social Studies Teacher:
We are social studies education researchers at Arizona State University and The College of New Jersey. We are conducting a research study to investigate how history teachers’ experiences inform their curricular decision-making.
If you teach at least one secondary (6-12) history course, we invite you to participate in a short 15-minute survey that will ask you questions about your planning practices for history instruction.
The survey will be anonymous. All participants who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of two $50 Amazon gift cards. After completing the survey, participants can also opt to be considered for an interview (compensated with a $20 gift card).
Please feel free to forward the survey to any secondary history teacher that may be interested.
